Help Haiti

The tragic earthquake in Haiti has prompted various means of donations, but did know you can help locally…

Times in the recession are hard and if you can’t afford to donate cash to help the people of Haiti- DON’T WORRY.

The Royal Leamington Spa Rotary club are urging people to bring certain items to the Recycle Warehouse which is run by Action 21, where supply boxes can be made to order to help those in need. The things we need for supply boxes include:

• Hygienic supplies: new toothbrushes, soap, cotton wool, toilet rolls.
• For babies: baby grows , washable towelling nappies, feeding bottles or cups.
• General support: toys, pencils and paper, roll of garden/kitchen sacs.
• For shelter: Hammers, screwdrivers, lightweight waterproofs.

If you are able to help financially in this emergency crisis, then donations can also be made out to: The Rotary club of Royal Leamington Spa, 28 Warwick Place, Leamington Spa.
