Action 21 are looking for volunteers to help with recycling at The Leamington Peace Festival (19th and 20th June) and the Warwick Folk Festival (23-25th July).
For a minimum of four hours volunteering a meal will be provided and free entrance to the Warwick Folk Festival for the whole day.
By collecting and sorting plastic bottles, glass bottles and cans, last years recycling stewards diverted 1.8 tonnes of recyclable waste from landfill. Without these volunteers this would not have happened.
Anthony Wood says that when he volunteered last year he "enjoyed the atmosphere of the festival and the chance to do something positive to help the event be a success."
